Lösungsstrategien des Verkehrswachstums als Optionen der Verkehrswirtschaft

Aus der Makroperspektive eines dynamischen Systems ist Verkehrswachstum normal. Um vergebliche Konfrontation zu vermeiden, fragt dieser Beitrag nach wirksamen und durchsetzbaren Maßnahmen kreativer Wachstumslenkung, um es umwelt-, sozial- und stadtverträglicher zu gestalten? Aus der Mikroperspektive der Akteure werden technische, zeitliche, biologische, psychologische, soziale, finanzielle und politische Wachstumsfaktoren sichtbar. Sie bieten zahlreiche Ansatzpunkte. Damit werden sie der Grundregel von Megatrends gerecht, mächtige Systemeffekte zu unterlaufen, indem man sie benutzt. Politisch gilt dies für Wirtschaftsgesellschaft mit einer dominierenden Autoindustrie in besonderem Maße.
From the macro perspective of a dynamic system traffic growth is normal. In order to avoid fruitless confrontation this paper asks for effective, enforceable measures for creative steering of traffic growth: to organize it in a socially attractive, environmentally friendly and city-compatible way. From the micro perspectives of the active players unexpected growth factors become visible: technological, temporary, biological, psychological, social, financial and political. They offer numerous opportunities and follow the basic rule for mega trends: to undermine them by utilizing them. This applies in particular to an economic society with a dominant car industry.
