This file contains raw data of Raman spectroscopy acquisition of the G-peak shift in suspended graphene membranes with respect to temperature variations. The first column corresponds to low probe laser intensity, the second column to high probe laser intensity when the laser functions as a heater. The third column represents the difference between the high and low probe laser intensities.
