| dc.description.abstract | Das Thema „Systemisches Lerncoaching in der beruflichen Bildung. Ein Beitrag zur Inklusion und zur Reduzierung von Vertragsabbrüchen.“ setzt sich aus einer Kombination zweier Hauptaspekte zusammen. Neben den Gründen für Ausbildungsabbrüche und Maßnahmen, zu deren Verhinderung in handwerklichen Berufen, insbesondere im Bildungsgang „Anlagenmechaniker/-in für Sanitär- Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK)“, steht das didaktische Konzept des „Systemisches Lerncoaching“ im berufspädagogischen Arbeitsfeld mit der Frage nach der Wirkung auf das Selbstkonzept der Schulfähigkeit der Schülerinnen und Schüler, die soziale Integration und das Klassenklima im Fokus dieser Arbeit. Beide Themen spannen den Erkenntnisrahmen um die politische, pädagogische Perspektive von Inklusion in der beruflichen Bildung. Der empirische Forschungsteil zu Ausbildungsabbrüchen umfasst sowohl qualitative (Fragebogen) als auch quantitative Forschungsmethoden (Tiefeninterviews). | dc.description.abstract | The topic is „Systemic Learn Coaching in vocational training/education.” The contribution for inclusion and reduction of discontinuation of vocational training is a combination of two main aspects. The focus of this dissertation is the didactic concept of “Systemic Learn Coaching” in vocational education, with the question of the impact of the self-concept of student’s school readiness, social integration and the atmosphere in the classroom, beside the reasons for discontinuation and measures to avoid breakups of traineeships, especially for plant mechanic for sanitation, heating and air conditioning systems. Both topics build the frame for the understanding of political pedagogical perspective of inclusion in vocational education. The empirical part of the research (about discontinuation of vocational education) includes qualitative (questionnaires) and quantitative (in-depth interviews) research methods. Students, teachers, training companies, parents and guardians were asked. | en |
