| dc.description.abstract | Diese Studie untersucht 56 F&E-Projekte, in denen jeweils mehrere Unternehmen über eine elektronische Systemplattform kooperieren. Als unabhängige Variable werden die folgenden Konstrukte der Führung und Zusammenarbeit untersucht: Zielklarheit / Zielgemeinsamkeit, Entscheidungsautonomie, Teamvertrauen, Mannschaftsgeist, offene vertikale Kommunika-tion, Güte des Informationsflusses und Häufigkeit persönlicher Kontakte. In kontingenz-theoretischer Sichtweise werden vier Projektmerkmale als Situationsaspekte berücksichtigt: Der Grad der elektronischen Prozess- und Systemintegration der kooperierenden Firmen, die Anzahl der beteiligten Unternehmen, die Anzahl der ständigen Projektmitarbeiter (Projekt-größe) sowie die Neuartigkeit der bearbeiteten Problemstellung des Projekts. Die zentrale Fragestellung lautet, in wie weit sich die Bedeutsamkeit der genannten Führungs- und Kooperationsaspekte zur Erklärung des Projekterfolgs (Produktverbesserung) abhängig von den vier genannten situativen Bedingungen (Projektmerkmalen) unterscheidet. Darüber hinaus erfolgt auch eine Untersuchung möglicher unerwünschter Nebeneffekte, die durch F&E-Projektnetzwerke auf integrierten Systemplattformen verursacht werden. | de |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines 56 R&D projects, in each of which several organizations cooperate via an electronic system platform. The following constructs of leadership and cooperation are designated as independent variables: goal clarity / goal mutuality, decision autonomy, team trust, team spirit, open vertical communication, quality of information flow and frequency of personal contacts. From a contingency approach perspective, four project characteristics are considered as situational aspects (context): the degree of electronic linkage of the cooperating organizations, the number of companies involved, the number of permanent project members (project size) as well as the newness of the problem areas which the projects are working on. It is examined to what degree the relevance of the above mentioned leadership and cooperation aspects differ in regard to explaining the project success (product improvements) depending upon the four mentioned situational conditions (project characteristics). In addition possible undesired side-effects, which could be caused by R&D project networks on integrated system platforms, are examined. | en |
