dc.description.abstractThis repository contains a set of semantic design rules for deep renovation to be used for the implementation witin BIM-based model checker tools. The design rules, if implemented, allow the design teams to automatically perform model checks against thermal and acoustic standards, fire safety and accessibility requirements in residential renovation projects located in the countries where BIM-SPEED demo cases are located. An example implementation within a model checker tool was developed by DEMO and is accessible through a web browser (https://demo.demobv.nl) or through the BIMSpeed platform, which has integrated RE Suite link.en
