| de |
dc.description.abstract | In this work a method is presented, with which the simulation of the transitional stages from the flattened, standing towards the stationary rolling pneumatic tire becomes possible at an justifiable effort, using a combination of a one layer and a multi layer model. For the analysis of the outer mechanics of the non-stationary rolling tire a one layer model is established, based on the multi-particle-method [Böhm.66a, Gallrein.92, Zachow.97]. It provides both the contact forces and the rim movement, which then are used as initial data for the analysis of the inner stress and deformation state, calculated with a FE-code, developed especially for this purpose. The time-integration of the multi-particle-model for the outer mechanics is carried out explicitly with an adapted P-K-technique. In the FE-program the energy momentum conserving algorithm (EMA) [Tarnow.93, Simo.92, Gonzales.96b] is implemented as the time integration schema for the inner mechanics of the belted tire. Therefore rod- and volume elements with KIRCHHOFF material model are employed. Furthermore newly developed, very robust volume elements with MOONEY-RIVLIN material model are deployed, which, at specific problems, work up to 70 times faster than the for the author accessible, on the market available elements. | en |
