Interdisziplinäre Peer-Beratung als Beitrag zur Nachwuchsförderung? Konzept, Erfahrungen und Weiterentwicklungspotential

In diesem Beitrag wird das im Interdisziplinären Zentrum für Bildungsforschung (IZBF) an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin von Mai 2021 bis Mai 2022 erstmals durchgeführte Format der Interdisziplinären Peer-Beratung hinsichtlich Konzeption und Durchführung beschrieben sowie Evaluationsergebnisse der ersten Kohorte vorgestellt. Im abschließenden Ausblick wird das Format vor dem Hintergrund sich wandelnder universitärer Promotionsstrukturen diskutiert – auch in Hinblick auf Probleme, Potentiale und Weiterentwicklungen.
In this article, the format of Interdisciplinary Peer Counseling, which was conducted for the first time at the Interdisciplinary Center for Educational Research (IZBF) at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from May 2021 to May 2022, is described with regard to conception and implementation, and evaluation results of the first cohort are presented. In the concluding outlook, the format is discussed against the background of changing university doctoral structures – also with regard to problems, potentials and further developments.
