Description:
The Matlab code files contain the necessary algorithms to perform an HsMM-EEG estimation for Mental Rotation data. Estimations are kept separate for rotated and non-rotated trials in the underlying Mental Rotation EEG study. The codes are adapted versions of the HsMM-EEG algorithms originally published by Borst & Anderson (2015).
