Annotated helmet use videos from Myanmar

These videos were recorded in the cities of Bago, Mandalay, and Pakokku in Myanmar in the summer of 2016 during a study on road safety related behavior of motorcyclists (http://dx.doi.org/10.14279/depositonce-8784). In a consecutive study (http://dx.doi.org/10.14279/depositonce-9250), a deep learning approach was used to automatically detect active motorcycles, the number and position of riders, and their motorcycle helmet use. Rectangles in the videos visualize detections through the deep learning algorithm.
